FERMENTATION PRO TIPS!
Avoid fermenting foods at the same time or in the same room of the house, as the bacteria will mess with each other
Reuse glass jars (from honey, nut butter) so you don't have to buy new mason jars
Cheesecloth is super useful for keeping fruit flies out and allowing air circulation -- wash it in hot soapy water to reuse
Keep track of fermentation start date with labels; write notes comparing flavour, ingredients, & duration for each batch so you can figure out what you like!
